The Route

We will start the drive at 10:00 / 10:30. But feel free to meet up at the beach Chalet as early as you like. As for me, I will be there at 9ish to get a window seat and breakfast. I want to watch the MBW "rollers" pull into the Ocean Beach Parking Lot. (Park in the beach lot not the restaurant lot)

I will see if i can get a larger table for a few of you folks if you want to sit together. I will be the guy with his wife and 6 month old baby.

Here is the route that we will take through SF. It may change due to road blocks or events such as "walk-a-thons" or whatever might be happening in The City.

Depart Ocean Beach at 10:00am

Bring your cameras for epic pics! Lets go for the "Countrys Best MB Get-Together Cruise" Cause after this I am done! I know how much work these things can be.

It will be a somewhat slow speed cruise on the freeway and in other places. we really need to try and keep everyone together. If anyone has a red car you will be last for obvious reasons. And the reason is the front guy (me) needs to be able to see way to the back to make judgement calls on stops and turns and intersections etc...

We still have three weeks until the ride so lets hope we have great CALIFORNIA weather!

it would be nice to have some sort of structure for the ride, taking a que from the two wheeled world, leader and sweeps. no one gets left behind!!

Looks like I may have only a 50/50 chance of making it. I'm going on vacation for a week and during that time I'm sending out my Throttle position sensor(TPS) to be rebuilt.

It take 7-10 business days, so I may not have my car back by then.

But if I do, I'll be there!

That may be required. I will have all the meeting spots written and distributed. We dont all have to arrive at the same time. Cell #'s would help.

I have done many many get-togethers and cruises either classic cars or motorcycles etc. Yes it can get crazy if we try to stay together. I would say just relax and enjoy and we will all get to the same spots eventually for the pics.

I was going to drive but my friend said there's hardly any parking at her apt. and it was cheaper to fly than to drive...what time is it at? Maybe i can squeeze it in during my site seeing
