SF Bay Area Meet... again?
Sorry I couldn't stay for lunch.
I was thinking maybe next time we have a camera man at the bottom of Lombard street while we all drive down it, kinda like his photo:
The drive went perfect. Hit some great locations. Lots of hills. Lots of high speed runs!

Be there for the San Francisco Meet and Drive III coming in a few months. This time I hope the sunshine doesnt scare anyone away.

You the man Miguel. Great pics.
Good to meet everyone with their coolest Cs in the Bay Area.
Did I miss the high speed runs?!!
I'll try to post pics I took, too.

Next time, while posting here, post to each forum, and link it back to here.
I only check the C class forum typically.
As it was I did a drive through Bonny Doon, out to the coast, back the same way, haulin'
****.

As for the amount of attendees. This was not meant to be a formal "Club", "MBWorld", or commercial meet. No sponsorship or affiliations. It was just suppose to be exactly what it turned out to be. If you happened to come across it on the forum board and found some interest in attending then it was there for you.
I am just a "junior" member of MBW throwing together a breakfast run. I have done these quick meets for almost 15 years and usually they are quite successful in regard to photo opportunites and cruise routes. I enjoy planning it out so that the runs end up being completed without any "hitches".
We actually did have a large group of people that RSVP'd the run. In return for this high return I planned a back up so that we would have two processions instead of one. Fortunately, the group was less then 10. This allowed me to add a few things in the run such as the corral around the reflection pool at the Legion of Honor, the ride up Hyde Street hill on the Cable Car tracks and finally the ride down the ultra steep Filbert St.
I will be watching out for the next run. Thanks for the great comments.
Miguel
