Lower With Stock Suspension?

I'm looking to lower the front of my C32 using the stock suspension. I haven't seen any write-ups on this with my search. Is it adjustable? I do not want to buy lowering springs or coilovers, etc... I want to keep everything stock, lower it down at least .5", and get an alignment if I need to...

Anyone done this?

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN...sorry to burst your bubble.

I suppose you could cut the stock springs. Admittedly this is controversial but people here have done it.

H&Rs are cheap and look good. It would cost you nearly as much to swap to H&Rs vs. cutting your stock springs....which is NOT recommended. Do it right and at least get a set of springs. You'll be glad you did in the long run.

If you want subtle lowering and something that maintains the stock ride you might want to look at Vogtland springs

I used to have a C5 corvette, and their stock suspension is adjustable, I just couldn't find anything definitive as to whether or not it was on our C32s

Thanks for the input so far guys!

Whats the stock spring pad height on the front of a C32? I wonder if its high and you can just change it out to lower the front?

You can only change the spring pads on the rear to different heights.
Unfortunately, the rear already comes perfect and the front is always too high.

ignore the flames, just get springs or save up for coil overs. I'm really happy with how my coil overs perform.

The vette has 'leafsprings' your car has a coil spring. apples to oranges. But you can allways save up for springs.

This is what I did to my car, bought h/r springs and cut it half a coil in the front and put a pad on the rear, been driving my car with this set up for 2yrs, not bouncy at all, it rides like you didnt cut those springs. One finger gap in the front, rear is tuck...
