I never knew you have a C55 SC. I wish more of you owners would speakup/show themselves.

In late Jan there was a silver/black Rentech one for sale at MB Sacramento, I know it had the s/c, but they were also asking over 40k for it.

My signature shows the upgrades

I just picked the car up 4 weeks ago and the weather in St.Louis has been really crappy.

I plan taking some better pictures this weekend if it is clear, but here are some iPhone crappy pictures...

The car is an absolute beast, I am planning to get another Dyno next week. The Dyno sheets that came with the car showed 537RWHP - 554RWTQ

More pictures (with a lot higher megapixel) this weekend It is supposed to be 60 and clear here

Are those the 55k airboxes? If so you may be able to modify the engine cover to fit. I love everything except the rims.

Yes, there are some additional upgrades I plan performing; essentially its looking like airboxes, plugs, filters (does green still make them? or is K&N the only choice)

I have ordered the C55K & S7 badges, along with the V8 Kompressor for each side; the previous owner went for the pure sleeper look and put just the 2 kleeman badges.

Additional upgrades include a Carbon Fiber front lip to protect the front end when I @ autocross this year.

As for the wheels, again, not really my favorite. They are Lorinser LM5 19", brand new they are 1799.00 each; I might be selling the set for a lot cheaper (if anyone interested in them!); I am looking at some various HRE's for normal driving rims and some BBS for autocross track rims with Hoosier A6 Type R Compounds.

Ok- sounds like a plan. My car should be back on the road shortly. It's been on jackstands the past several weeks. I started a brake upgrade and adjustable rear camber bar project- then got busy at work. I still haven't made it to the MB dealer to get some brake fluid to finish the project.....so there she sits

I work in Collinsville- Tetra Tech on Eastport Plaza near the State Police, but live in Hood River. I worked in Edwardsville and Fairview Heights (TWM- Thouvenot, Wade, and Moerchen) for several years, and switched to this place last May.

I don't know if Green filters make them for your application. Yes definitely checkout the HREs they have very nice choices as does Iforge and vossen wheels and various others..honestly I doubt you'll sell the rims unless you sell them really cheap here but try the W211 forum maybe better luck there.

Great to see another Kleemann breatheren. Don't forget to include the AFR and PSI measurements on your next dyno.

If you are making 537rwhp then it's gotta be the same twin-screw older design that I've got. The new roots design barely makes 400rwhp with the S7 stage.

I guess it's safe to conclude that no tuned C63 can keep up with a Kleemannized C55 with the old style blower.

The Kleeman S7 upgrade took place in November of 2005 and yes, it is a twin-screw SC. What amazes me is even leaving the ESP on, if you hit it @ 50MPH the car still breaks loose and very squirrly.... I guess for S8 configuration i would need the exhaust? The car already has everything else kleeman offered in 2005, besides that special exhaust.

Well..actually, S8 included kleeman brakes too right? The Brembo 'GT' should be equiv i would imagine

100% sure? They changed to Eaton S/C in the middle of 2005.

Here's what I got from Cory;

That car has the older screw-type kompressor- one of the last C55's built with that particular supercharger. The manufacturer of our superchargers went out of business, which is why KLEEMANN switched to Eaton roots-type superchargers.

The airbox on that car came off of a W211 E55- there should be two individual air boxes- one on each valve cover, a plastic Y-Pipe and a front cover- see attached picture.
So looks like I have the W211 E55 airbox too; thats good to know haha! (OP, i am sorry as I feel i have hijacked your thread!!! )

I've seen dynos from 380-450 Rwhp with the Eaton S/C in a stock Kleemann set up for the M113 V8 engine. Most common is 400-430 Rwhp with headers and Eaton.
