C32 AMG
They look pretty cool. Too bad they wouldn't stay black the whole time. Would be a good look IMO.
How much do they weight vs. stock? I'm all for lighter rotors, and rims/tires for that matter.

Honestly I have no idea how much they weigh vs OEM but will look into it...unlike you a little extra weight don't bother me and with our mods the lighter we are the harder to launch imho..if you recall Jake did his 12.3 with OEM rotors and heavy 19" rims which lowered his gear ratio so as I see it a little extra weight doesn't hurt...I just bought some TSW Bremmas 19" but will always drag with my OEM 17" with soon to arrive Toyo R888 tires. I am thinking of putting Toyo TQ on the 19" Bremmas...

I just installed a set of rotors from Evosport (I think they were clk500 rotors that they slotted for me-drilled crack too soon for my tracking)-love em so far (Axxis pads too and SS lines)-heard good things about the EBC stuff from Subie guys back in my Evo days....back in the day....

Pics are on it weblink on 1st post...CLK63 fron brakes also equal 19" wheels to clear those massive calipers plus I didn't want to pay that price. These are about 17lbs each...either way I purchased them so will be in my hands soon I'll post up a thread.

how much are these EBC rotors? if they're one piece and weights only 17lbs I'd be seriously worry about warpping these rotors with ease.
i would've gone with PerformanceBrakes' two piece rotors if it was me.

I bought them thru an auction on Ebay like $304 shipped...I am pretty sure they are heavier then I was told by Ebay seller...the link gives better details about these rotors...hey you get what you pay for right. ScottW911 bought L2 Slotted and crossed drilled brakes and likes them alot so far and paid less. Hopefully I'll have the same luck

I guess I can stop calling L2 for you now, since you did move on these already.
Keep us posted on the performance and quality of these rings.

Scott its the members like yourself that help find the good deal...remember the days a pulley kit and tune was $3000+ There are still performance mods out there that sorry but the prices are exaggerated but little by little we are finally getting to affordabillity. Just cause we drive a then $50k car or Benz don't mean we wish give our money away...especially in this economy.
