With and without tints????

Damn cops trying to hold me down!
I then thanked the officer for the advice and explained that I was from out of state and the tints were not an issue in KY. That I was only visiting, seeking to bring a manufacturing project to PA, but would not return and that the Highway Patrol ford crown vics were unable to catch the AMG, unless I allowed them to do so. I then said that based on my 1st impressions, I would seek to leave Pennsylvania asap.

haha...no I/R. Thought about driving with my NVG's on though....but seriously, it doesnt bother me really, i have really good vision, and its kind of like driving with your sunglasses on... A friend of mine who came back from iraq got his car done too..but he has a note from an eye surgeon/office that says that due to being over here his eyes were messed up from the sand and sunlight so if he gets pulled over anywhere he shows them that and they leave him alone. Me, i have never had an issue.

Out of curiosity, how are you going to use the photos? I know you said for court, but where do the photos of someone elses car come in?
The reason cops pull over cars in dark alleys with dark tint isn't because they care about your tint. It's a reason for them to make sure that something fishy isn't going on. How else do you think they bust people with trunk loads of drugs on the highway when there's no outward indication of something illegal in the car? Blown tail light, tint, loud music, 10 mph over the limit, any minor infraction gives them a chance to check you out closer and run your lisence for warrants, your tags for stolen cars, etc.
and regarding tints in FL... they barely have road laws there, they don't care about tint, exhaust, emissions, labor workers riding in open bed trucks, motorcycle helmets on the highway, inspection, etc.

I trust you guys aren't driving to court in your car with tints still on and someone elses photo in hand.lol
i have a second plate, which resides in my trunk, because i think a front plate completely takes away from the aggressive look of the front and cops don't pull u over just for the front plate (even if u get pulled over, they dont go looking to see if u have the front plate). HOWEVER, the cops that will try to get u are parking cops. i got a ticket at 10:45 PM on a friday night for $40 for "failure to display front license plate as required by state"... but it wasn't even in DC! that was whack
getting to the point --- i didn't have to go to court, i just plead guilty, signed and sent the ticket back. the ticket said i had to provide photographic evidence that i installed the front plate, which i didn't include, i just paid it and the govt was happy they got their $40 and i never heard from them again
I'm all for tint-but it sounds like you'd be making more trouble then its worth-
The bottom gril is a possibility but would look to goofy. There is absolutely no point to the front plate. The state could stop making 2 for every car (reducing it to 1), still charge the same and make money with the drop in variable cost.
