Winged Warrior Autocross Results - C55K places 5th in Top Gun! Over Vipers and Vettes
Woo hoo representing MB the best i could on street tires. Managed a 5th place showing in my class and 28th out of 133 overall raw timed!

Note, every one of the cars in Top Gun were highly modified, most with suspension, brakes, power upgrades and or interior deletes with cages!
Not bad for a full interior 3800LB (with my 250lb ***) hauling around the twisties!

Congratulations!
I am a newbie among newbies. Would someone tell me how to start solo'ing? And say a word about autocrossing? I just want to have some fun now and then with an '07 C230 when the weather is dry. It's my only car, so I don't want to damage it.
I've read some SCCA rules. I take everything out of the car... What is teching? I tried indoor karts once to find out that I need lesson one: cornering. Could be the beginning of years of fun, though.
Any thoughts? How did you start?
