Bi-xenon auto level check and adjustment

My headlights are stuck somewhere between full down and normal. I've search the form but I can't find any info on how to check or adjust the the front and rear level sensors. Both connectors are plugged in and tight. When the lights turn on there is no up down movement, but I do hear a noise at the front of the car. Could it be the actual actuators malfunctioning? How would I check?

Tia for any help on this.

Did you remove the front sway bar before?
There is a sensor on the right side front sway bar.
I guess the sensor now is " < ", but you must correct it to ">".
You can try to find it and know what I mean about " < and > ".

I'll get under the car again and take a picture. The sway bar was not removed, but I did have it in for service and the bottom cover was removed to check for coolant leakage.

Here's a picture: It looks like the sensor needs to be corrected. Thanks.

Can you please advise what to look for. It appears to be all connected mechanically and the electrical connector is tight.
