Sorry for sounding stupid - but I am looking to upgrade to a C32 and can't find many. Since I can't really search C32 I have to specify year, make and model on some auto sites. Any info you can divulge will help me get into the right C32.

When did the Command or Nav system come out?

Are they all the same engine, I ask since my 02 Coupe has a different engine than others?

What mods can be done and what should I stay away from?

What should I expect to pay? I am in Florida, unsure if location will affect price.

i think all models came with a nav option

all have the same M112k engine. supercharged V6

you can probably get one between 14-20 right now.

mods? tons. look at my sig for starts. intakes, pulleys (crank or s/c), tunes, headers, plugs/wires, heat exchanger. do some searching and you'll find everything you want to see about mods. i would recommend my setup as i like it. i'm obviously partial, though i've tried different things.

what mods to stay away from? nothing really to be honest. there have been some major problems with the code3 intercooler fitting properly, and not really cooling. this may have been fixed, but i dont know. other than that, you're in the clear.

I am near Tampa FL, I figured Miami or Ft Lauderdale would be a good source to locate a C32. Our neighbor in the lates 80's owned AMG South (Art, livedin HB) I remeber when AMG was not part of MB.

$15 is perfect, will go $20 for a newer low mileage modded unit.
