Long Tube Header eye candy. few more pics
I was hoping to get on the dyno today... But.... We had a delay since we ran out of Argon gas and had to wait a long time for more gas to be delivered.
So here is a picture of a totally finished header and some of the steps we take to make the best header possible.
BTW all parts will be finished by 8:00AM Thursday..

Mike, those are truly a thing of beauty. I just wonder, and I don't mean this in a snide way, will the guy making these be able to give the same attention to detail to every set that leaves his shop? If these start flying off the shelf (relatively speaking), will he be able to mass produce products that are of equal quality to what we see pictured here? It would seem a ton of time would be required for each set that goes out, even once I final mold is established.
I can't wait to see what you come up with for the 32!

i was actually thinking of moving on to something different in the near future, even though i love my car. but with where the values on them went over the last year, i might as well keep it and enjoy it. i think this exhaust would make me enjoy it just a bit more

Beautiful welds and construction. I know how much work goes into something like that to engineer it properly. Looking forward to hearing it! (I'm only about a block away from DynoComp. I should stop by and check them out in person.)

I got my car back, The sound is amazing, However. One of the headers was kind of cocked to the side at the collector, It was nothing my fabricator couldn't fix it. Now it all is lined up perfect. except the steering wheel is not cocked from removing the shaft. Oops.. I will fix it tomorrow.
By the time I got the car fixed and back together it was a bit late for a dyno and I'm kinda beat. My butt dyno tells me it feels different but I dont know what that means. I've almost forgot how it felt before. Only set back as of now is changing some of the exhaust flanges. I dont like them.
I dont really want to push the car to hard right now because the gas in it is old. So I will burn it off tonight and tomorrow.. then hit the dyno.
