Options not listed for US cars... can you still get them?

Options not listed for US cars... can you still get them?
There's a couple things that I would like to get with a C32... one is parktronic and the other is multi-contour seats, like in the CLK55.
Has anyone ordered a car with either or both of these options? I know parktronic is available in Europe, and I have seen pics of C classes with the parking sensors.
Also, can you switch out the C32 seats and directly replace them with the CLK55 ones, with lumbar support? Does anyone know the specs and if they would fit on the same seat tracks, etc.?

If the option is not a US option, you can't order your car with it from the factory. The system simply won't take it. Anything is possible to add after your take delivery if you are willing to spend enough money and time.

if you have the money
you can do absolutely anything you want. They will squeeze a 5ltr engine if there for enuf money. There are some neat Euro options and I dont think they will be hard to get with some cash. I like the folding side mirrors but Im not about to spend that kind of cash to get them. I will just be careful where I park (as best I can) and then just hope for the best. Having one of these replaced is much cheaper than having those installed.

Thanks... obviously with enough money you can pretty much get anything.. hehe.
But I do know, that with BMW, if you know the right people, you can get them to put in the option codes for stuff that is not available in the US, and the factory will put them in.
It's all there on the assembly line... just have to code it, so they add it in.

I've got Parktronic on my Australian spec C32. It is a disappointing option and not as good as the same system I had on my 540i. It screeches as I drive up my driveway brushing past the foliage, but I can barely hear the rear bumper sensor when reverse parking.
On the other hand, Linguatronic is an excellent option. It allows control over CD, Radio, TV, phone without taking eyes off the road. Get this one if it is offered.
The folder mirrors are OK, but hardly exciting.
BTW, the options were ordered from the factory as a special build organized by the dealer.

folding mirrors
those are more of a good idea when parking in nyc where mirrors are takin off at will. Streets although not narrow, when passing double parked vehicles it gets tight and some cannot navigate as well as others. If the mirrors folded in, it would be nice. Not looking for too much excitement out of them just usefullness. Remember, these dont fold manually either. They just have some give in them if they are struck.

check the w203 forum. I have installed parktronic in my car and have electronic folding side mirrors. Also, I have multi contour seats on driver and working on vented seats for both now.

You can order allmost everything you want. You just need to have the money and enough time. The dealer has to made a special order. MB doesn't make engine tuning, like 6ltr! For such mods you have to contact Brabus. But don't forget every mod takes more time in the production.
