Problems have been solved. Only thing about the setup I dont like, that I changed today was the slipjoint bolts. Easy fix. I'm still pushing for a spring rather than a bolt and nut, but I'm getting conflicting suggestions. Also we are switching to a better clamp/flange where it will mount to the exhaust. Thats a minor Fabrication thing that will be changed once the header is made in the jig. So rather than get a header with a 3 bolt flange we are now using Vband clamps (much better IMO)
I've been driving on them for some time now and they are holding up perfect. All gaskets on the flanges to the M113 head are holding up perfect. The headers have just turned a nice golden color from the heat cycles. I inspected all the welds as a final follow up and everything is holding up well

You could be the first car to dyno Kleemann headers and MBH headers back to back though - that would be some valuable data.

"Full retail" for Kleemann's M113 headers has come down to $1,495 - so that won't help your cause... but maybe $500-750, I'd guess? IIRC, a member was trying to sell a brand new set recently for ~$1,200.

btw...Car is guaranteed to be fully tuned and ready for the track by July 31st. He even accepted the $100 per day penalty clause in writing.
