Hello Everyone,
Just got back and managed to read the threads. Thanks for all the positive input. Everything we stated is 100% factual and documented. Basically, the customer just exploded out of nowhere. Either way I thought the situation was handled as best possible considering. Still waiting for the pulley to be returned, lets see what happens...
The pulley was cleaned many times (the pictures just don't show it that well). What it seen is not dirt, it's merely some discolortion that couldn't be removed in anyway so it wasn't "dirty" as claimed.
I can't believe the thread was locked by a super moderator, I'm flattered and impressed all at once . Thanks everyone for your positive input and support during this "interesting" experience to say the least.

Thanks Jturkel, a dose of brutal honesty was much appreciated.
Retrospectively, it clearly was an attempt to chargeback & keep the pulley for free which backfired horrifically. Either way the refund is still valid but something tells me to not hold my breath... its probably not being returned simply b/c he wants to install it.
I think now people caught a glimpse into some of the shadiness AMS has to deal with on a daily basis, its always those who have the least right to be upset that try and make the most noise (as with most of the "OMG AMS = 666, DO NOT BUY" type threads ). Its nice that people finally see we are not the boogieman or etc, and we are as cordial as possible with even the most unreasonable customers. Customer satisfaction is paramount... even if it is unjustified, we still aim to please.
I have to admit Jturkel, I've seen a lot of threads in my days here but this epic fail took the cake. I practically had to reach for a defibrillator because your post literally almost gave me cardiac arrest I was laughing so hard. Thanks for bringing the voice of reason to an otherwise unnecessary thread.

I agree, typically all those negative threads actually boost our sales a good 20% for a while. I guess the old saying is true "there's no such thing as bad publicity" which is why it doesn't really bother us anymore. Thanks for the positive comments, they are much appreciated.

I'm thinking you may have just wanted something shiny like the previous pulley sold..? When this landed at your doorstep your were pissed it wasn't something that would look cool under your hood. Maybe I'm wrong.
From a true performance end you should be looking at the fact that the part is an OEM pulley(a good thing) that is simply machined for greater performance. I would prefer this over the re-engineered aluminum pulley. If your really hellbent on having something shiny go have it powdercoated for $20-30.
A better way to start this thread would have been to install the pulley and post pre/post dyno.......It is a performance part you purchased correct?
