Pretty much when I do a search it pulls up the usual culprit so now I turn to the more knowledgeable forum members for help my issue is as follows
basically my SC keeps shutting off which made me think its the IC pump which I had replaced but even on the same day it was replaced within a half hour of driving I experienced the same shutoff again...
Now it does appear to work fine at cool engine startup temps but maybe its somehow getting hot thus maybe the SC is being shutoff by car safety systems
will changing the SC relay help in fixing this issue? I replaced Johnson CM30 with the same but this basically tells me maybe there was nothing wrong with it to begin with...
any help please.

I really know very little about the technical working of our S/C's but I would assume that there is a thermostat that is talking to the computer to tell when the IAT's are too hot.
Is it possible the thermostat is defective?

Are you able to do any logging of your IAT's?
I just got a REV Application for my iPhone, total about $200 and it's awsome.
Do you have any cooling mods?

BTW guys I been motoring my average temp while driving and my temp shows 90 and under at all times I been told by the MB mech try changing the relay for the SC since I replaced the IC pump already. Basically it works and it doesn't no mater temp or duration of travel. It works and I gun it later and nothing it's truely strange

It was a popped fuse from trunk fuse block![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)
Since fuse was popped when SC was cool it worked fine but since IC pump didn't activate when car asked it to well it caused SC to not activate as a security measure. How it popped
But tech who worked on it told me that it could have been the other IC pump I had causing a load due to starting to fail...which the way he explained it seemed to make more sense then my explanation lol

It probably popped when they didnt disconnect the battery when they swapped pumps, plugged the new one up-started the car and first time around she went....I've done it just like that a couple times
