Check your Plastic part near wheel housing..
One directly behind fog light.. I do not know the exact name for it but its connected to your wheel housing..
I did couple high speed runs on the hwy and when I exited, I heard something was drag'n on the right side.. The plastic part near the bumper came loose and left front tire was drag'n the hell out it.. It was all chewd up by front tire..
It could've been a disaster if this thing ripped everything apart @ 1XX MPH..
Do check yours and tight the bolts if necessary..
Now, does anybody know how much this part will cost to replace? Also, I shouldn't have any major issues if I drive the car w/o it (unless it rain or I don't drive on dirt road...)
Oh yea.. Installed EBC yello pads few days ago.. So far so good.. Much better response than the stocker IMO.. Will report back with more miles..
It squeaks at low speed for short period of time though

its called the innner fender or splash guard. They usually don't get damaged unless you lowered your car or if you didn't put back all the bolts that hold it to the car.

Chewed up the front passager splash guard with my new wheels and spacers. Replaced it with something from parts.com, make sure all the screws are present and tight. Any oversize wheel or tire puts your splash guard at risk. Pretty cheap and easy to replace.

Same with mine. I replace them all the time. Mine are none existent right now. My stealership charges $35 a piece. I can't tell you how many times I've found myself stopped on the turnpike performing MacGyveresque repairs on them. Last time I had to use the pliers and knife I keep in my fishing vest which happened to be stashed in the trunk.

The new clk63 one I just installed is different and has luvers. It's toast already so I just ordered one the other day. Going back to the c55 one. More room for the bigger tires and wheels.

Mine came loose and the same thing happened. The things that go bad are the plastic clips and once those are loose, the airflow pulls on the plastic and pulls it off the bolts if those are loose from vibration.
