Kleemann C55 S8
Hey Guys. This car has been for sale for quite some time now and I was wondering if anybody knew anything about it. The guy was asking $58K awhile back and not he wants $39K. Is this car legit? Would one have to worry about the tranny going out on this car if it now has around 600hp and 500 or so tq? Seems like a sweet deal.

I would bet its legit. If it hasn't been tracked I would like to be the first to race it.. in a VS battle of course. If it beats me then buy it. If it doesnt buy it anyway. Its a sweet car.

Or someone can buy mine for 29k ... with 57k miles and a CPO warranty till Nov 2010 (they only cover the electronics and random other non-drivetrain/engine items of'course)

I think the price is way high for a 2005, $10K more than Mikes?? Mileage is decent and the S 8 is the S 7 with the added cams and suspension package. Otherwise, they are very similar. Unless you're tracking the car, the s7 and the S8 are about equal in speed. Call Cory at Kleemann USA, he probably built the car or knows a LOT about it.
