Anyone know if they sell projector fog lights for a 2005 c55 amg???? Also, does anyone have pictures??

i have seen them on ebay from time to time. i would google it, and also check out the forum here by using the search option. your best bet might be to go with something custom. i too am looking into this mod as well.

the C55 Fogs Are Different From C32 Fogs!

dont think they make the C55 Fogs in the Projector Style Yet!

i saw a few on ebay saying they were for the c55.....trust me...someone out there makes them...as the projector style itself is old tech...and has been out for a long time...its just a matter of finding a good quality product which is decent on price.

Will this fit your C55 bumper? I am not sure if C32 and C55 got the same fogs.

I have the full circle kinds in the front bumper. I wonder if there would be a way for me to trim the front mesh grills to fit that fog lamp assembly....hmmm because I see that kind all over, but I don't think it would fit. Maybe it's time for some fab work here. Seems like there would be a large demand for a projector fog lamp for the c55. Wonder if maybe I can be a test guinea pig

I recently bought a pair of these

They are hella 90mm headlight modules and the lenses are the same size as the original foglights but I will have to fabricate some new mounts.

I modified the cutoff shield in the projector to give a flat cutoff rather then the headlight stepped cutoff.

I will probably install them in a week or 2 and will post some pics.

Hmmm don't the fogs take a 9006 bulb? That's an H9. Doh I already have the HID kit haha

yea, the original fogs take an h7 bulb, and these use h9

You could just buy new h9 hid bulbs on ebay and use them with the rest of your hid kit.

you can usually find the bulbs for around $30 a pair

Yeah, I'll probably do that I think. I have to get under there and see how the fogs mount and see what I'd need to do there.

What size bulbs do these take? Also, the Mercedes link on your webpage doesn't seem to work....only the BMW.
