Got back from the dragstrip, I need help with my launches

My best time tonight:
60' - 2.310
330' - 5.666
1/8 - 8.675
1/8 mph - 82.128
1000' - 11.240
1/4 - 13.384
1/4 mph - 107.534

DA: -248ft

My launches are killing my times, this time here I tried loading it up to about 1100 rpms and feathering it, also just stomping the throttle, but that ended up worse. I feel like I spin all the way through 1st gear. I've got newer 255/40 rear tires @ 27 psi.

Mods: Code3 pulley, intake, and heat exchanger, CM30 IC pump, evosport headers, k&n filters, resonator removed

Lower it to like 22... Make sure tires are warmped up (quick spin / burn out to bring up the temp)

Its really tricky to launch our cars... You jst have to get use to it and HOPE ur tire will grip n go... but 3/5 times, you'll spin...

none
feather the gas at the last yellow light
the delay will get you going when the light goes green
lower your tire pressure to 22 psi, burn out both using dyno mode.
feather the throttle.
Your times are about the same as mine and i have the same mods (minus headers).

Also you have all those mods but you could really benefit from a tune!

wow what a tremendous DA! sounds like you need some more practice with feathering through first gear and your launch. my tire pressure is usually at 22 as well.

you should be able to cut your 60' down to at least a 2.1. My best time 60' with the code3 intake, pulley setup minus headers was a 2.0xx. Took TONS of practice to get down to that on street tires.

And do a little burn out in the water box. I do with my streets, though i know not everyone does that.
