But nice pics
Look fwd to more
he has larger intake plenums.....so less boost, shifts efficiency of supercharger, and he can run both pulleys....and has the proper fuel setup with larger injectors and pump

to fluidmotor:

can you provide some more information about your dual BMC intake thing? cost? gains? gains compared to other intake setups? does it only work with the larger tb?

also, where do you sit at with your overall delta over stock?

Nice.

Like everyone else I'm curious how you got the stacked pullies to work out. All the other attempts have produced less than desirable results. If I'm not mistaken several people encountered issues with the MAF sensor as well throwing up CEL's.

I know FMU is stating it is a 185mm pulley. However, I did not know that ASP made 185mm pullies? I am very interested in all this if it is in fact a 185+C3 stacked system. The only pulley that ASP shows for the M112K is 14% Overdrive Crank Pulley <<LINK which would be a 178mm ASP Pulley.

If it is a 178mm pulley, then I am less intrigued as several SRT6 guys have been running this for some time.

Either way, nice build and the intake looks interesting. Now I just need to upgrade my injectors and fuel pump... Can't wiat for spring.

Looking forward to hearing more about this.

Interesting observation. Can't comment on this particular pulley, but AFAIK the indirect answer to question of "does ASP make 185mm pullies?" is "as a pulley manufacturer, ASP will make whatever pulley you want."

A few of the 55 Kompressor owners have allegedly requested ASP make them custom-sized crank pullies (perhaps even as large as 190mm) which, from what I gather, ASP can accommodate at the client's request. So, my guess is that FMU spec'd a custom 185mm crank pulley from ASP for this build - but I'm sure FMU can clarify for everyone.

Still want to see dyno sheets.

Good point. This does make perfect sense. I just didn't think they would go out and get a custom pulley for their first full MB build.

I'd also really like to see a pic of the front part of the intake where it goes through the radiator support. The whole things looks and sounds awesome though. Good Job guys.

all of them
74 lbs injectors? That seems like 30 lbs/hr too much. Unless the motor is pushing like 30 psi and 700 RWHP+!!!

Good build. Curious on numbers. I've seen a similar stacked pulley, fuel system, intake, and exhaust car put down 400 RWHP.

350 seems kind of low with all those mods.

what kind of dyno are you using? and what was your baseline? its all about the delta.

and can we pretty please get more info about the intake setup? looks sick!

they have a dynodynamics not a dynojet, so #s are usually a bit lower on those.

yah, those numbers are still low. my numbers on 91 octane are higher on a dyno dynamics and i have less mods (i do not have stacked pulleys, larger tb, p/p intake plenums, larger injectors, larger pump, coolant tank reservoir (keeps IATs down = more hp))

that is why i'm inquiring about the baseline dyno so i can see what the overall delta (change in hp over stock) is.

I apologize for the “road speed” graph but baseline dyno’s were taken with ignition tacho while these last few runs were taken via “roller tach”. As soon as we sort out to final file we will make sure a proper graph is posted showing a 5252 crossover for each run.
