MAP sensor - where to buy?
Hi all,
I try to locate for one (Manifold Absolute Pressure), but couldn't find where to buy it. Anyone has a source to buy beside the stealer?
Thanks,

I tried to look for it on parts.com before but could not find one for C32. 0051537228 is for Map sensor, s600, s65 amg 2007 - 2009. Are they the same for C32?

Thank you TemjinX2. However, I have not yet decided to change it that is why I have not yet accepted the offer.
No, it does not throw any CEL. I got IC leak. The MAP and IC Temp Sensor were covered with a thick liquid. Even though I have cleaned it, but still wonder if it's better to replace (I know it's always better to replace )
Thank you jayitx and others for your inputs!
I have another question, Since the IC Temp Sensor was covered with liquid when I had the last dyno tune. It definitely read the temp lower than normal at the time. So what I am thinking is that with a new IC temp sensor, it will read the temp higher (which is correct). Does this mean that it will pull timing more than it's supposed to pull given at the same air pressure/temp?
Well I know this question should go to LET/Eurocharged but just want to throw it out here since someone may have the same wonder

Hate to bring up an old thread and I already posted in the engine performance section, but recently I got a P0105 MAP sensor CEL and was wondering if anybody has an extra MAP sensor for the C32 to sell me? In addition to the MAP sensor CEL, I also have a CEL for cylinder 2 misfire which I hope is connected to the MAP sensor and changing it will cure it.

Well, what happened is that the car has been shaking and misfiring bad for a while. One morning, I finally got the MAP CEL. It cleared itself after a few starts. Then, after some time, I got a code for Cylinder 2 misfire. I do still have the original ignition wires on the car. The CEL goes away if you disconnect the battery for a few minutes and does not come back for a while(weeks, maybe months). I was going to replace the wires first and then look for a MAP sensor. I think that there might be something wrong with the MAP sensor somehow causing a misfire on cylinder 2. BTW, the car still shakes a little(even with no CEL) and you can notice if you open the hood the engine misfires and shakes.

I'm assuming that you checked for vacuum leaks. See if you can get the car connected to the real STAR system to read all the codes.

I would be very surprised if your problem is related to the MAP sensor. You may have bad ignition wires, bad plugs, something wrong with the throttle body or the throttle body cable. It may also be the cams but unlikely since the P302 code does not go away if the cam lobe has shifted. And the last thing that I can think of are the cats.
