For Sale! 2005 C55 AMG
I hope I am posting this in the correct spot. So my girlfriend just bought this beauty in October and has loved it! However, she's getting a promotion including a company car and we can't justify keeping the payment.
The car is a Pewter Metallic 2005 C55 AMG with ~63,400 miles. It is in great shape with only drawbacks being some curbrash on the rims already there when she bought it. The interior is black with the dash and doors having a silver trim. Has been garage kept and not smoked in.
We are located in Northwest Arkansas and she is being transferred to Cincinnati area at the end of March so anywhere in between a drop/delivery could probably be arranged.
She is asking $22,500 obo. The A-service was just performed 2 weeks ago so everything is set for another 10k miles.

FYI 23.5 is kind of steep for 65k miles on a 2005. I was looking to trade my car fall of last year and was only offered 19-20k for my '05 when it had less than 40k miles on it and i live in area where the cost of living is pretty high.
Good luck on the sale though.

Yeah, I hear you. It's really more of a starting point. She will entertain reasonable offers.
Thanks

Shame you didn't have this car for sale when I bought my C55, that is literally the car I want. The Pewter Metallic is my favorite color on the W203 (my C230 I traded for teh C55 was Pewter, that color is actually what made me buy the C230 because I wasn't really looking for a car at the time).

My friend ran a best of 13.6 in his stock STI and I think most C55 owners are running mid to low 13's in their stock c55's so it seems like the c55 is a few car lengths quicker stock.
However, a subaru owner only needs to spend a few bucks to blow it out of the water.

They are pretty close. I have a turbo back exhaust and protune so its a little quicker than stock but they feel a lot different as far as how they put down the power. C55 is real smooth while the STi is quite violent especially in shifts 1/2 and 2/3.

who knows, maybe I'm in the market for a C55.. Its hard to walk away from a anything you love (C55 in this case) when its not on your own terms.
