Sunroof leaking but not the actual sunroof.....
I have water coming in from the passenger grab handle near the sunroof. Ever see that happen?

I have seen this once or twice, it only seems to happen if it is raining extremely hard and the car is parked in the perfect position so water pools up instead of draining through the sunroof drains, or the drains are clogged.

I have this exact issue...but only going through car washes...
sat there with a hose running water continuously and it not leak...
downpours and hurricane like weather with no leaks...

^was free. covered under my extended warranty.
i dont imagine it would have cost much though. took less than 10 mins and parts were probably, dare i say it, cheap.
if you have a good relationship with your SA, i am sure they can hook you up for such a minor issue.

I have the same problem of the sunroof leak under heavy rain, finally I found that it is no related to the sunroof seal.....l it was the sunroof drain pipe seriously corrosion (rusting) and made leak. I Need to grind all the rust on the pipe, and added some anti rust paint on it as temporary fix
You should check
1) open the sunroof and put some water(several cups) at the sunroof side track. Water will drain through the drain pipe. If u have problem to the pipe. Water will drop ontop from the headliner, then....
2) need to partially remove the headliner and check for the roof drain condition.
I think this is a common problem to w203 model.
I will st more photo tomorrow.
