I believe the E63 W211 wheels (same style) will bolt on with no issue with the correct tires.

Be careful with buying W211 wheels as the style may be the same but the wheel and offsets are much bigger and might not fit the W203 wheel wells. You're safer with the W204's

I spoke with moedigga over PM, but I figure I'll post the information here as well to help others in the future. I had to use 15mm spacers all the way around and STOCK length lug studs which are 39mm long. Do not buy longer studs because you will ruin the parking brake mechanism. To verify this, I stuck a stock lug through my stock wheel and measured how much it stuck through, and then put the 15mm spacer on the C63 wheel and stuck the same lug through and the measurement was the same. I do recommend using the H&R spacers rather than the cheap spacers because H&R have different designed for front and rear for a reason. I have ZERO vibration at highway speed or even at 100mph+ (on a closed course of course).

Got pix of that? I thought most wheels had a 10mm standard depth from mounting surface to lug seat....

Hello AMG fans,

Will the 19 c63 rims avaliable as an option will fit the C55. I am assuming they should fit without spacers?

Am I correct? Thanks a lot in advance

remember on E63 wheels the bolts are a 14mm where our cars are designed to take 12mm bolts. Get the bolts for a e63 as well when fittting them to a W203

you will also need spacers

W211 E63, W212 E63, CLS63, and C63 rims will not fit properly without spacers and/or different bolts onto our W203 chassis.

The simplest way to get the more modern AMG rim look is to go with the W209 CLK63 rims, which bolt onto our cars with the stock bolts and no need for any spacers as the offsets are perfect for our chassis.

Thanks for your responses guys

There is just somethig I do not understand: since the C63 rims are front 235/40/19 and rear 255/35/19. Why wouldnt they fit straight away on a C55? Am I missing something like the offset?

Does anybody know what kind of spacers I need to fit them the c63 rims? (15mm all around as mentioned above?)

Thanks a lot in advance

C63 runs high 40 to 50 offset. C55 like all other W203 runs mid-low 30 offset. you will need at least 15mm front and rear for spacers if you plan on using them.

Like stated earlier in posts you need 15mm spacers. I used H&R all around. I have had my C63 rims mounted for 3 years now with no issues. Love em!!
