C32 Intercoolers
Hey everyone,
I am thinking of producing aftermarket c32 intercooler utilizing "Bell" water intercoolers. Would there be anyone intrested in aftermarket intercoolers for out cars?

How about a Laminova based top mounted intercooler similar to the SLR?
I would be intereseted in that.

On my c32 Im going to do a aftermarket one underneath the supercharger and laminovas in the actuall intake plenums.

I would gut the OEM intercooler under the supercharger (my old leaking one) and integrate the 2 lamonovas each into the intake manifolds. Move the filters to the front. Just like the E55 above. Some kind of a combination of the NeedsWings Intake manifolds, laminovas and the dual CAIs.
What are your fabrication resources?

We looked into doing those, the cost was just way to high to justify the extremely low production output.

I still have the Code 3 Interncooler, Last one ever made, so it has all the previous issue's fixed. I don't have it mounted as i remounted a stock OEM one. Waiting until that one goes. If you want some pictures I can be glad to take them. Also you can look at in my Sig with a link to the Code 3 versue the stock one when I did the review on it

I'm a machinist and a tig welder by trade but do military,nasa,food industry prototype work... All the stuff you see is hobby stuff... ha

You have definitely caught my interest. If you can figure out some thing reliable and that works better than our intercooler I'm sure you will have a market. Take in mind, if it works for the C32 more than likely it will work for the E55. People just want some thing that tried and tested.
