2003 c32 with 80+ miles?

Im looking at a 03 c32 with 89k miles for $15,800 and was wondering if this is a good price? Is the mileage high for the year? Would it be a good buy and is there anything i should look for? Whats the common issues if theres any for this type of year and model? Thanks.

2005 c230 KOMPRESSOR
Im from southern california. I drive a 05 c230 kompressor right now and i might trade this in for it. Only thing is the kompressor only have 40k miles on it so would it be smart to trade it in for the 03 c32 with more mileage?

2005 c230 KOMPRESSOR
The 05 kompressor i have right now actually cost more than the 03 c32 so my payment would be lower also if i get the c32. The 05 c230 kompressor is $17,500 and the 03 c32 is $15,800. Im just worried that since the 03 c32 is older and have more mileage than the 05 c230 kompressor that i might run into more problems with the c32? I know that since the 03 c32 is an amg model that when it comes time to do the maintenance work, the labor and parts might cost more than the 05 c230 kompressor but thats not a concern right now i just want to make sure that theres not much problems with these cars ( 03 c32)?

I can honestly say I spent more on maintenance on my 03 C230 ( in four years of ownership) than my 04 C32 (than my five years of ownership).
That includes costs incurred at the dealership under warranty.

Believe it or not its really hard to sell a car like this.
I had the same issue with my C230 four years ago. Lined up at least 5 prospective buyers but the excuses are (no bs)
1. My Grandma died.
2. Daddy wants me to buy a new car.
3. I dunno, I know its a AMG but the car is modded.
4. I want to renegotiate bc my mechanic says...
5. I want your car but i only have $ 9K

May wind up going to carmax
