2000 (W202 C200) & 2000 (W202 C55)
You can go with 1-piece (360X36) Rotors from "W218 CLS550",

just need to put (6.5mm) washers between caliper bracket & knuckle, to spaced a caliper for proper pads balance in the middle of the Rotor,,

otherwise, will need to go with custom Rotor with lower Rotor hat..
