Carbon Fiber Steering wheel and upgraded Shift paddles

This steering wheel is collecting dust on my shelf. One of my buddies in Japan had it on his C55 AMG(I think it was a 2004) We were going to put it on my 2003 E55.(Don't have the E anymore and it wouldn't work anyways)
I'm listing it on eBay:

Will this fit on 2004 clk55?
Do I just use my stock airbag/elec? Is it a bolt-on affair?

THx.

BTW - I bet that scratch will buff out

With this steering wheel, do you get to keep the functionality of the steering wheel buttons?

Yes on using your stock airbag. Check the part number with the dealership to see if it will fit.

Did you have to modify the steering wheel to install those paddles?
