As you know I rebuilt my engine due to an exhaust valve breaking, causing the piston to shatter and spitting the chucks out the back of the block. I rebuilt it and put it back in the car. upon restart it started fine, then died. I ended up pulling the passenger head off again and found another broken valve!! This time in cylinder #1. what could be the cause of this? Any help is great.

did you replace all the rocker arms? it happened to me when they seized and then pushed the cam off angle.

Check the cams. I was in the same boat twice with cyl#6

+1 Check the cam its probley broken in half common problem in 02 c32

The cams appear to be in good shape. I have two sets of cams and rocker arms and they both appear to be in good shape, and not bent. Does anyone have access to oe specs so I can check them again. There was the one broken one and the other two were bent very bad. I ordered 3 new ones and am going to replace them and give it another run. If this fails I am at a loss of what to do next.

The Crack apart and somtimes the lobe wipes out. you might want to check specs on those.
There is a Tread About the Cams somewhere on the forums, you might want to check out.

don't have the spec, but pretty much just compare them side by side and you can probably tell which lobe is off.

for example this was my driver side cam.
