'05 C55 AMG
Raced a W204
This happened a while ago, gave me a good laugh though.
I was at the eigth-mile strip with some friends, and a new C300 pulls up next to me, guy gets out pretty cocky, looking at my car. I notice his wheels say AMG, but it wasn't a C63
So we pull up to the lanes, and take off. He runs a low 10, and I ran an 8.92 (I need to find my slips, not sure where I put them)
He didn't pull up next to me again... or look at me for that matter..
I was in an 05 C55 btw. I got a lot of compliments before I ran, but got a lot more respect after, especially when people found out it was stock. Shows how little people know about this car

It's not even like I could try and say its because I'm an amazing driver.. It's an automatic car and the launch times are accounted for.. but still its my fault for mistyping. Mistake fixed!
