Who's Car is this and where can I get this grill

This pic was posted on the non amg 203 forum more than a year ago, and someone revived the post today. I like this single bar grille. does anyone know where these can be ordered?

The C55 has a CLK front end, that's why it fits.

they used to sell that grill on ebay for the c55, not sure if they still do, but might want to check it out...

I ordered and returned that grill at some point. It does not fit the C55 perfectly - it leaves a unsightly gap (IMHO) above the grill, which I could not live with.

That gap above the grille isn't just on the C55, it's on all W209's. This is a knock off SL grille for the W209's, that's just how the grille fits.

Yup, there's a thread here somewhere that shows the gap. I almost bought this grill but didn't because of the gap.

When you get up close, regardless of black or not youll see odd gap

Could always cut out all the mesh, so it is just the single blade... might weaken the integrity of the grill though.

The conversion to a CLK from end for the C55 is not that hard, a few brackets and of course, the bumper. It ran him about $1000 if I recall??
