led daylight running lights
hi all
i have a C55 & looking at fitting led daylight running lights as per current mb"s & audi would doing this throw any codes or dash lights also would like them to come on when ignition switched on greatfull for any imput thanks.

This vendor has the city lights your looking for with no error codes, as for the auto turn on when the ignition is switched you will need to wire them to something that turns on when ignition is on.. Personally i think it is a big hassle to mess with wiring just for that but if you have the experience then go for it..

yea these are LED ones off ebay no error codes they're awesome! i also have LED license plate lights and LED's instead of the bulbs under the doors when they open up. just little things here and there.

I was looking for interior LEDs as a set. I also have the LED license plate bulbs which look sick on a black benz but I had them spark here and there which got annoying lol. I found the whole set of LEDs for the interior for $80 but might change it later. The little here and there make a big difference bro lol

I also have my side markers tinted and tails tainted with the reverse lights opened no tint. Just wanted to do some work with the lights in and out the car. I think if I add those fog light LED's they will look official. What u think?

IMO i think that if you are going to replace the factory foglights, it's not really going to look that great because you're putting a square fix in a circle mount. i don't know how you would get it nice in there and i have never seen a pic. of one. my friend who owns a top quality HID company http://houseofhid.com/ is starting to make these i believe as well as "halo" LED fixtures for bmw's. i'd talk to him, his name is will. get a second opinion besides mine please. i'd put LED parking lights and call it a day. those circle fog lights differentiate the front bumper from a c230. i was gonna just smoke the white part of my rear lights, opinion?

you can get the 194 LED'S for the interior reading lights and door lights for $10 for two of them and they don't throw codes. The parking lights are 194's too but they need resistors built in so they don't throw codes. You can find all of them on eBay but make sure all exterior bulbs have resistors including fog lights, turn signals and license plate bulbs.

It takes literally one single minute to install AZN Optics led city lights, and then your set! They look fantastic. For fog lights, what front bumper do you have?
