Magnaflows..........
Had Magnaflows on my Cobra, loved the sound...
So my wife asked what I wanted for x-mas... Since I got her a Louis Vuitton and Uggs, I said mufflers, I'm entitled right?
Looking for rear muffler dimensions. Inlet, Outlet, Offset, etc...
It's cold and dark outside and every search I've done just returns some kid on youtube revving his engine before his car has warmed up.
Thanks!

Your stock muffler is manufactured by one of the BEST company in the world. (I think Eisenmann)...You want to change that with Magnaflow???
Maybe add headers?
Maybe add headers?

Stock mufflers flow/sound good, if your looking for more power or sound get headers, if your on a budget take it to a muffler shop and have them build removable test pipes in place of you primary cats. Hmm thats a good idea

I know all the other options, don't want drone from headers, already got rid of the secondaries and resonator. Magnaflow cracks under WOT and doesnt have drone at cruising RPM. They are lighter than the stock mufflers too.
I still want to pass PA emissions without having to swap systems.
It's really preference, I'll take a sound clip once completed.
I guess I'll just get the 3" in dual out and transfer the tips off the stock.

listen to the vid clip in my sig. Thats with headers, straight pipes and no secondaries. I also have a vid of it on a cold start up...I really suggest not to put on magnaflows...someone put them on their e55 and in person, it sounded worse than stock...

Headers don't cause the drone, its the noise cancelling frequency of your mufflers. That's why MB put resonators in the system. Trust me, Magnaflows will drone as they are essentially glass pack mufflers.
a single 3" muffler system is good to 400 hp according to most muffler manufactures, to much of a loss in back pressure and you may loose bottom end in the car.
