P.S. Make sure you're looking at the right size. OEM uses a 40 profile for the rears, not a 45.
Personally, I run a 255-40-17 for better traction.

Ditto with Evo V12, which is not much more expensive than the V4. I am currently running it now and can vouch for them.

Sweet I'll go with those I thought I put a 40 but I didn't notice those were 45. Thanks!

Make sure you get the right sizes for the front tires if you decided to go with 255/40/17 instead of 245/40/17.

I am running 235/45/17 and 255/40/17 and for the first couple of thousands of miles, my traction control would not engage on speeds higher than 45 MPH.

Tire rack notified me about the possible issue, but I was stubborn and really wanted the extra widths for the front. I would consult with them prior to purchasing to make sure.

Ditto on the V12's. I'm running on my second set and have been very satisfied with the performance, feel and look of these relatively inexpensive tires.

since they do not sell S1 Evo, V12 Evo is probably the best tire for $.

Can anyone compare V12evo to Dunlop Star spec?

Oh yea, I just checked the price and V12 Evo is only $1 more... so might as well..
