if you do a search there's quite a bit of info on the eurocharged one, and some comparisons to the PLM. I was in the same debate, but Eurocharged one uses a racing core so I decided it was worth the extra $100. I believe they are the same size.

Here are some good ones with good info. I think most people on the forum here run the Eurocharged one, its hard to find a review of the PLM one unless you look on the W211 E55 forums; I think there might be a couple there that run it. Personally, I decided to go with the Eurocharged one because it is proven to work, and sold by a reputable company with outstanding customer service and reviews. I thought it was worth the extra $100 to only do it once, and do it right.

search: Eurocharged Heat Exchanger for more details on it, not too sure about the PLM one though

You could also look for universal heat exchangers like I did. Found the one I'm using through a company called frozen boost.
