Suggestions Needed for New Rims :)

Hey everyone, hope you're all taking advantage of this nice weather and taking your cars out to play

I've attached a picture below of my current wheel set up:
19" TSW Bremma staggered with 8.5" front and 9.5" rear
(ps - I'm open to offers on these wheels once I've got a new set...)

What I'd love are some suggestions on are a similar staggered setup (19x8.5, 19x9.5), and I definitely want silver wheels, but I'm torn between getting a (1) different style of 5 spoke wheels with a lip, (2) 10-12 spokes with a lip, (3) E63 replica 5-spokes without a lip, (4) any suggestions from the community!

The only other caveat is that I'd prefer to spend less than $300 per wheel ($1200 for the set), and please bear in mind that I don't track race the car or use it as a daily driver. Something light, strong, reliable and visually appealing would be ideal

With that said, I'd like to thank you all in advance for any suggestions/ideas and for facilitating me in making my decision!

Cheers!!

how much were you asking for your current setup?

Haven't given it much thought yet - the tires are Toyo Proxes T1R, the front tires are 255 and brand new (1 month old), the rears have about 3-4k miles on them (since the car is garaged for the winter), so I'd say approx. 80% tread or more.

Mandrus Mannheim's look pretty good on our cars if you are into 5-spokes. I'll have a set for sale soon too

great suggestion - do you have some pics with them on your car?

also, i found a set of mandrus manheims on ebay as well as the millenium

also, has anyone had any experience with "OEM Wheels" which offer "AMG Style" wheels like these: E63 style or C63 style? or these - any experience with their reliability or quality? certainly great look, but any insight would be greatly appreciated!

These are my C63 reps from Power Wheels Pro but they aren't staggered. However, they only cost me $550 or so shipped to my door.

How are the wheels from the Power Wheels Pro shop?

Do you find them reliable and safe? They certainly fit my budget and I'm shopping for a new pair for my c32.

Any fitment issues or spacers needed? I have a Carlson RS suspension on mine so it's a bit low.

Thanks.

Yeah, that's exactly the concerns that I have. I don't want to have to worry about construction quality and safety traveling at high speeds and/or with the family in the car... I just feel with that significant of a discount, the construction quality is typically what gets compromised.

Feedback is greatly appreciated!

I've got my wheels on stock suspension and no spacers. Website says you'll need spacers up front to clear the calipers but mine fit with about 3MM of clearance. I've got 265/35 rubber all the way around, I'd recommend going with something slightly skinnier up front since I can see my tires barely touching the strut assembly but the rear tuck just fine. Also you need shorter lug bolts, the company can supply them.

After proper balancing I put them on the car and haven't had a single issue in 5 months. I've had them up on the dyno multiple times and they've seen speeds well over 155 MPH while I was in Mexico, not even the slightest vibration. Also, Houston roads aren't the greatest and I've hit a couple bumps and holes at greater speeds than I'd have liked to and the wheels have held up strong.

Oh one thing that did happen, about a week after I got them I turned into the gas station too tight and curbed the rear passenger wheel pretty good. When I got out to look at it I threw up in my mouth a little and felt sick to my stomach.

Ultimately, I'd recommend the wheels. Vince and everyone else at Power Wheels Pro were outstanding and provided great service and products.

I appreciate all of the feedback, and I think I've finally made up my mind... getting E63 replicas (current/2nd generation) in same 19x8.5 19x9.5 staggered set up I have now. For tires, after getting feedback and reading reviews from fellow members on here, I'm going with the Hankook v12 evo's.

The Mandrus Manheim were a close 2nd, but I'm gonna try going with no lip for a while and see how long that suits me...

Also, anyone (preferably local) interested in my set of Bremmas? PM me with a fair offer and a pick up time and they're yours!! Pics are here: https://mbworld.org/forums/garage/20...20Sleeper.html

What size front rim are you running? Doesn't the tire contact the inner fender wells on full lock turns?

Yeah it touches the plastic just a tad at full lock. I'm able to push my finger between the two though.
