I have found some DIY but nothing yet of exactly what I need. I am going to try and wrap my silver sport trim in carbon vinyl.. If anyone could help me out on how to remove the trim it would be greatly appreciated.

Tell me what you want to remove and I will post screen shots from the WIS, "silver sport trim" is a little vague as I do not own a C55.

I need to know how to remove this,
The silver trim on the door
The actual shift knob
The air vent above the glove box.
The air vent above the headlight switch

Only wondered as there is quite a range of the carbon. I was thinking of doing this and wondered what would be the closest match to the C63

Yes I understand. I just recieved my carbon... It would right after I put all the peices back together. I still need to figure out how to take off the door peices and the vents..

if its like other mercedes car the door trim should be taken out from the back of the door thus having to remove the panel while did you try popping out the vents wit ha little pressure?

I hope these screen shots from the WIS help, please post pics after you have wrapped the interior pieces, I am interested to see the final result.

I suggest you go and buy a heat gun, they are only $20-$40. Do it right the first time is my motto ESPECIALLY when it comes to my AMG.
Good luck!
