Just test drove a c55
This is the first time i drove one since 2005
its 2006, black black 84 K miles
and 3 owners
looked decent, drove decent, carfax says it has the usual basic services
it does have that push u in the seat feeling that my c320 does nto have, which is great
i fear the miles are too high for my liking though....and i dont care for the color....we really love the granite grey on teh 320 but hey.....
i assume the difference in the price would be about 4-5000 with trade
not sure if thats a good deal

Yeah man I've found the same and the killer is the dealers are holding firm on the price. That would be a general price gap for most cars 4 to 5k.

Good luck finding a granite gray C55, they made less than 2000 of these cars for the US market and 90% of them are black and silver. I didn't really want black, but I can't stand silver so I ended up with a black one. Next most popular color would be white (which I'm not a fan of), then Mars Red (which I would have liked). I really wanted Pewter, but I've only seen one for sale since I bought my car and it had accident damage.
EDIT: If you want one, better get out to PA and prepare to lay down some cash. I've never seen a C55 in that color, too bad about the ash interior because that color does look bad ***.

Then why are you asking???

If I were you, I wouldn't let the miles scare me. Bottom line if she has been well taken care of (whether its 30K or 90K miles) it really doesn't matter. Unless you are looking for a garage queen, the true beauty in these cars is driving them IMHO.

Yeah, what the ?? Its all hypothetical here............................
Are you buying a C55 or just thinking about it when you sell the other C Class??![crazy](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif)
There's not a whole lot of C32/55 out there with less than 60-100 K miles and those with much lower mileage are going to command a LOT of $$$. It all depends on what mileage you want and more importantly, what you want to pay$$$ .

Glad you found a granite grey. I searched for 3 months to find mine. Granite grey with black interior. Sometimes in the right light it looks almost a bluish color. Love it.
