If Jerry has unlimited access to all of the TCU code, he theoretically should be able to customize a TCU tune to suit exactly whatever a client is looking for. Of course, such customization would likely cost more, as it's more labor-intensive than simply flashing the already-finalized product they have available.

That's a good question - I'm curious to see the answer.

Does anyone know if they are working on remote tuning? I am guessing the eurotuner unit would not work with the TCU via the diagnostics port?

Yes they are, have pestered Jerry a couple of times. At the final stages of remote compatability was the last answer I recieved.

But,I have no idea if it will be the cable or eurotuner for the TCU tune. Also with your suggestion regarding the CPS, I went with the OEM one, I will give that a shot first, then try the aftermarket if no improvement. I dont know about NZ but autohauz is much cheaper than AU. Also quaife for Australasia is based in NZ mate, thats on my shopping list for next year. Cheers,

I don't even bother trying to find parts in NZ or Australia for that matter. I order everything from the US. Even if they are available locally (almost never) it is usually cheaper even with shipping and exchange rate to get them from the US.
Good to know about the LSD. Hope the CPS works for you. At $40 or so its worth a shot anyway.

Awesome results! I agree, I think for 9 outta 10 C32 owners, S/C pulley plus tuning (plus some cooling upgrades) would be ideal. Fewer maintenance concerns and yet nearly all of the performance of the bigger crank pulley kits.
You say you have comfort, sport, and manual? I thought the TCU only stored two, so manual replaced comfort?
Again, congrats on the great results. Sounds like tires will be on your holiday wish list.

I have C32 AMG 03 stock, and I have been going with Jerry via email for quite a while before I proceed with my purchase of 65mm Pulley and ECU upgrade with amazing response from his side and I'm still working on acquiring the whole cost in order to proceed, but I have few concerns if you can help with it would be great !
- would ECU and pulley upgrades affect the stock engine heat exchange ? is it mandatory to upgrade my cooling system ?
- as the car is now pretty much 14 y o, would this tuning affect the Supercharger/engine lifespan ?
- will I face transmission complications ? as I previously changed my torque converter..
Thanks alot ! and remember it's my first post ever here :P so plz feel free to guide me
Regards,

At least a divided cooling system will help, more boost will mean more heat.
In theory the smaller pulley would cause the supercharger to spin faster so it may decrease its lifespan, but you will most likely not be on the rev limter full throttle all the time. There will probably no adverse effects.
Transmission on these cars is usually pretty solid, though I don't know the condition of yours particular. My guess it should be fine as the shop most likely checked the trans when replacing the converter.

I would upgrade the heat exchanger and get a new pump if it is old. The newest Bosch 010 is the way to go. Even with the least aggressive pulley you are still putting 18psi through the engine. Not a small amount. Transmission will be fine, they use it in the V12 biturbo engines. Of course transmission problems and wearing out can happen at anytime regardless, best to save some money away for these unfortunate occurrences.

well thanks alot guys for the useful feedback ! i guess i will go for pump change at least, but in terms of separate heat exchange I will drop it since no EC here in my country and I'm doubtful that I find someone who can install it properly (unfortunately)
Happy holidays to all

I like the PLM heat exchangers, you can get them shipped internationally from ebay.
