Moving up!
I will be the proud owner of a 2003 E55! It's black on black. It's in Sarasota and they want 19,989$ it has 75k miles. I'm going to pick it up next weekend. The 32 will be handed down to a good friend of mine, so let's make him a warm welcome when he joins the site some of you should look up the car and give me some opinions! Just search for e55's on cars.com or autotrader. Use a 33913 area code and search 100 miles away. It's at a place called gulfcoast auto brokers.

with the airmatic and fuel tank issues associated with the e55 im not sure its a move up. better hang onto the 32!

Don't know about TSB's, but they're known issues (esp. the airmatic). Very costly repairs if (when...) those struts fail on you. Spend some time on the w211 AMG forum, if you're not already - there's a wealth of information available there.

fuel tanks shocks SBC lots of high dollar issues with a 2003 it's the first year production. I would not even consider buying one.
