KLEEMANN Kompressor for C55- $7900!
From now, until the end of October, KLEEMANN has reduced the price of our C55 Kompressor systems from $9995.00 to $7900 (plus shipping) for MBWorld members! For more information, please contact Brandon at bg@kleemannusa.com. I will be on vacation until October 17th, so any PM's will be answered after that.

It's most likely the new Eaton; although, they did have 1 auto-rotor kit avail back in June, 2011 but it was the normal price.
Don't discount the little eaton... I'm putting down some decent numbers with mine, and I did not encounter serious heatsoak or issues with a smaller pulley and 107 deg F heat this summer.
I can only imagine how much I'm leaving on the table with the autorotor model with my mods. )

Trust me on this one..... ship the car to Cory @ Kleeman in Colorado, and have it installed, tuned, and dyno'd by the experts.
There are many imposters in this business, and the outcome will NOT be good if you make the wrong decision on installers. Trust me I know. It cost me 9 mo's of my life and extra hard earned cash to go the wrong route!!!!!!!!!! Please go to Kleemann!!!!!!
Install is $1800-$3000 dep on what you have done..... best to get the quote direct from Kleemann. Trucking one way from Houston to Kleemann was $1200 covered carrier, but there are cheaper solutions..... open carrier is less $700-800. Then you can drive it home for one heck of a road trip.
Good luck!!!
I love my clk-kleemanized machine. I daily drive it now for a few months right through one of the hottest summers on record in Houston..... no cooling issues with AC running in Houston Traffic...... no serious heat soak. And when the cool weather hits... hang-on! My car is more of a beast now in cool 68 deg mornings. I can't wait for 40-50 deg weather!

I've been talking to Brandon, and the price is for the Eaton, but he says it makes the same power as the Autorotor and is a less complicated and very reliable. He also said this system runs with the stock tune, so if you already have a tune it needs to be returned to stock. He did say though that a more aggressive timing map can be used with headers that do away with the cats to make more power.

cldriver - AWESOME! Love white.
There are smaller pullies..... but I would not rec it, unless you get your heads ported. I was able to put the smaller pulley to get boost back up to stock levels after the heads were ported. I would not want to go above stock boost levels with 11.1-1 cr. Too risky. Some guys have done it, but one shot of bad fuel or a hick-up with your fuel press regulator and bye bye ring lands, or egde of piston, or Head gasket....

The original Kleemann dyno from Kleemann Colorado says 515?? I dont think its anywhere near that, BUT based upon my races with Gallardos and C5/6 Vettes, I 'd put her well into the 400s. The C32 has been dynoed here BUT not the C55. Its just a totally different car than my C32, which is Cat Quick whereas the C55 has much more torque and like I said before, feels like Thor's hammer. Unmodded C5s (including ZO-6) and C6s have been easy pickings so far. C6 Z06s and Zr1s, well that's a whole other league that I don't play in, although I have given a C6 ZO-6 a very good run.

+1, have Cory do it out there and get er done right!!! They've done a ton of them. Common Carrier is $600-800, covered is over $1000. Its an easy install if you know what you're doing and they do!! My car takes a std GM belt for the SC!! The ONLY thing you need to be aware of is, it will be tuned at high altitude there, so there may be a difference at sea-level. Note that my car also has the Kleemann headers.
