Wheel gap will become more obvious?

...if I upgrade from stock 18s (with 225/40) to 19s (with 235/35) with stock suspension?

Logically, it should lessen the gap since the overall diameter will be ~0.4 inches larger with the new setup right?

But I keep on reading that upgrading to 19s will make the tire/fender gap more obvious and the more the car needs to be lowered

It' about the same on stock suspension, the rears seemed to reduce the gap but the front is still noticeable. I can put 2 fingers in the front and my pinky in the rear.

So you have 19s now? Do you have side view pics of your car by any chance? Thanks!

Your overall wheel/tire diameter wont change by much, so your wheel gap will roughly stay the same.
