how the differrent between 17"and19"wheel in drag?

Assuming its the same tire width as before, and the same tire, you would be slower (again assuming they are heavier 19s). Some 19's will be lighter than the stock wheels though, I'm not sure on these. There are a ton of factors involved in this honestly.

True depends on weight over all height, if the 19" rim with a lets say a 30 series tire is within a percentage of the stock rim and tire then it could be just as fast and assuming that the 19 is wider it should have more grip again assuming the tires are equal.

Exactly this. To be honest, the 17 might have an advantage if you have the same width tire and you take out some tire pressure, cause from what I understand a rear tire with some give has an advantage for drag, but now were talking minute amounts of difference in time.
