Here's some helpful info.
The OEM bearing is an NSK 32BD45DU and that's what most people recommend using.
There are others that will fit and work:
Nachi 32BG05S1-2DST
DAC32550023
Those are two that I know people have run. Basically it's just an A/C clutch bearing with 32-55-23 measurements. It would appear Autozone sells a bearing that meets those requirements too:
Santech MT2033
Note that I know *nothing* about that bearing and haven't seen anybody run it. However, it is cross referenced with the Nachi bearing on one site so it 'should' work. If I was in a real pinch that is what I would probably try but I'd be ordering an NSK real quick just in case. Who knows, may last 500 miles, maybe 15,000. It does have a good speed rating of 20,000rpm though.
Lastly if you need instructions just look for the code 3 pulley installation instructions. Instead of using a prybar against the black pulley just use a strap wrench though.
Good luck!

supercharger clutch pulley
Thanks to the people who gave me advice on the SC pulley bearing. Turns out the clutch plate on the pulley was coming apart. MB wanted 1420.00 and eurocharged sold me an aftermarket one(65mm) for 599.00 that gave me 30-40 more horses. 5 minute fix and I feel a tremendous amount of more power!!!!

thanks for the advice
Found this car by accident 4 years ago, did nothing but drive it, wash it, and have it serviced. Once I put the motor back in my 99 f350 I am going to start looking for other easy mods for the c32. Never had a problem with car except leaking intercooler gasket. Figures once I pull apart my truck to do motor mods the c32 acts up with blown clutch pulley. Gotta get truck fixed before snow because c32 goes in garage for a few months and thats when I can do more things to it. thanks again!
