Another C32 Noob Intro
Hey there everyone! I just recently picked up an 02 C32 AMG as a replacement daily driver / Fun car since I had an unfortunate accident in my 530i I had. I picked it up through the dealership I work at as a trade in and after taking it home for a night I absolutely loved it! The car is in near perfect shape with only 58k miles on it and at this point is sotck with the exception of the resonator delete which I did after having the car for about a week
. For the past couple of weeks I have been reading the MBworld forums non stop learning about the car and finding out the best ways to get a little bit more power out of her and things to look out for. The very near future plans are to pick up the complete stage 1 Eurocharged Power kit and maybe the TCU tuning as well depending if funds allow. Anyways, I'm excited to own the car and from what I've read it looks like it should treat me pretty well. Here's a couple picks of the C32 as well as a couple picture of my 530I I prior pre-wreck........

And the 5.. Dinan stage 1 suspension,Dinan cold air intake,Dinan stage 2 software,M5 rear sway bar,Customer header back exhaust,M5 Front bumper,540 sport rear bumper, and OEM E39 M5 wheels plus more.....

The kit comes with the upgraded heat exchanger, Johnson coolant pump, pulley kit, and ECU Tune
. I figured I was going to do everything sooner than later anyways so why not save a few bucks by getting it all at once.
Congrats though, you will love the power!

Yeah I am definately anxious to get everything on the car. Right now i'm pretty sure my pump is dead because the super charge heat soakes after a few hard pulls (Not to mention it has 58k so its right at that point). Once I get all the eurocharged stuff on I plan on also doing the Needswings intercooler coolant isolation kit because I plan on taking the car out for a track dayor two this upcoming summer with the occasional late night drag and random auto-x events.

Thanks
. I received an e-mail from Eurocharged yesterday and the the rest of the kit should be here monday! The biggest thing I can't wait for is the Johnson pump because I'm almost certain my factory one is dead ( Supercharger goes into heat protection and getting on it a few times) . I think today I'm also going to order up the Needswings Intercooler Isolation kit since I'm going to have the entire coolant system drained anyways

UPDATE ! As of this last saturday I finally installed the Eurocharged Heat exchanger, Johnson coolant pump, And NeedsWings Intercooler Isolation kit. Overall it took me about 8 hours (With a couple food breaks) but within that time I also extended the Head light washer line and headlight washer coolant line so that I could run them through the inner bumper for a cleaner install and so I could install the the Exchanger up against the inner bumper. Everything was pretty easy to install for the most part as long as you have the right tools (I work for a BMW Dealership so I had plenty!) and don't get ahead of yourself. Next week I hope to get the 185mm pulley kit on and have Eurocharged load the software onto the car for me. Anyways enough talking , Here's a few bad cell phone pics I took while installing and completed......
Everything removed...

The new coolant pump..

Out with the old in with the new...

Heat exchanger mounted up!

And everything put back together
