Looks like you could be over considering the oil is cold. How is the transmission shifting, any problems? You could use a mity-vac to pump some out. Take in mind you're not over by much at all. Could be over by a quarter of a quart more or less.

There are two sets of measurements, for cold and for hot. You could try warming up the engine to 80 degrees and try to read it that way, if it's substantially over and the car is shifting oddly, I would recommend pulling some fluid out, if not leave it alone.

The two lines at the bottom is the cold range and the two lines at the top is the hot range. Go give er a round and come back and check again.

things with and without wheels
If the level is over then take some out (asap) to the proper level, always check transmission oil at operating temperature and level ground.

If you do find out it is overfilled do this ^^^ to fix. Went through this process myself with the C55 when I forgot to drain the "rear" drain plug to get the last 1 - 1.5 qts. of oil out.
