converter & pipe mounting plate flew off today

converter & pipe mounting plate flew off today
Was driving along today in my c55 and kept hearing this strange metal on metal tapping sound coming from what I though what the transmission at first or atleast that general area then I heard something come off turned around a picked up the parts to discover that its the "converter & pipe mounting plate" looked up the part and called my local Mercedes dealership to ask for the part its only a few bucks but what's got me alittle concerned was when I asked if this is a common occurrence the guy told me yes. Has this happened to anyone else before and will it or can it cause any serious issues?

Dont think so, it just causes the exhaust to be floppy in the meantime. Mind you the reason it fell out is because your bolts backed out, so you're gonna need some bolts.
