major changes wil be in the engine. The rest will be minor facelifts in the grill section and tail lights.

Yes, the 2004 model will be a C 55 non supercharged car.

The US version brochure of the 2004 model year AMG line up shows no readily apparent changes to the C32 so don't expect a new engine in the 2004 US version.

According to the dealer, they aren't even sure when production will start for MY04. It has been pushed back from August to October now, with delivery potentially in November/December. These are "soft dates" from the dealer, as the mfg won't commit.

I didn't realize there was a brochure out for the MY04 C Class. mbusa only lists MY04, and I would expect this to be updated far more quickly than printed material.

(this info is current as of last week, who know things could have changed in a week.)

I was referencing the MYO4 AMG brochure which I received at the AMG Challenge and the dealer.

I did pick up a C Class brochure as well but I would have to check to see if it's an MY04 brochure or not.

I bought my 2003 C32 on Aug. 2002 so i will guess MB should have 2004 C32 in production by now.

Two AMG models for the same Class? That's a first, no?

Does anyone know how much each one will cost? What is the difference in power? Engine?

There were two AMG models before. There was a W202 C43 and a C55. Of course the C55 did not make it to US.

It looks like the 2004 C-Class will come into production and the US very late. Look at the late introduction of the 2003 E55 and the 2003 C230k & C320 Sport models.
