Does anyone know where I can get things like that custom made? A factory or some hardware store maybe?

No I don't want to buy the ones he's got on. I want to try something new.

I like it, but I think it will look better if it only has the seperater instead of having the entire trim around the headlight and makes the headlights look smaller.

Ok, I guess I'll be the odd man out and say that I actually like the way it looks. I like the split headlight look much better than the blobby look. (Except on the SL).

Hiho silver..

It definitly has that lone ranger look..

I'm not a huge fan of the headlamp rings, black, chrome, pink or purple.

I do have to say that they look a lot better than the headlamp pics in the "04 C55" spy photo.

I kinda like it

Someone said it looked like a baby "e" which is very cool but, I would rather it look like a baby "s" which it does without the ring. I still think they look nice and makes for a very unique car. Work it for a while and see what the response is. Most people are not too good on change at first but, warm up as time goes on. Look at the response with the BMW 7 series. People are definately warming up to the look now based on how many I see on the streets.

Well, you asked for our opinions so no need to really sugar coat things.

I definitely do NOT like it. I've seen plenty of auctions on ebay for those things, and to me it screams: "this shouldn't be here". The chrome ones in particular struck me as looking very 'urban' and cheap.

No offense, just giving my honest opinion. A few folks have mentioned that they like it. To each their own. As long as YOU like it, don't worry about what anyone else thinks.
