IDK yet but mainly just wanted a euro bumper since mine was cracked and figured if I'm exporting one I might as well get it with PTS since it cost me less than a N/A bumper from my MB dealer at wholesale

He would have to change his entire car widebody, the clk63 non-BS is the one he would have to get

I already have a bumper no one else has so a BS or CLK63 wasn't needed.

and since the Safety Car bumper was never produced more than 4 that was out the question.

the bumper was $1055.68usd including 6% paypal fee
shipping to San Francisco International Airport from Hanover Germany was $188.68usd via Swiss World Cargo it took 2days
$50.00 handling charge from Swiss Cargo
$15.00 duties from Customs

I also purchased the rear PTS rub strip pre-painted from Mercedes GmbH and it included the chrome strip also for $187.00usd

I don't use middlemen I have my direct places where I buy Euro Spec parts or direct from the MFG's in Germany

call your local dealer and get a quote on a North American C55 front bumper and see how much they tell you $$$$, also it's a few dollars more for PTS

its about the same price from the dealers here according to the wholesale MB parts sites, but you dont have to pay for all that shipping costs...

to me it's worth every penny to be the only C55 with front and rear Euro bumpers with PTS.....here's a few updated pics will come

i think it will have the little holes for parktronic in the front. how much will a parktronic retrofit cost? after using it on my mom's cl i realize how use it is

a euro bumper has no holes for the side marker lights and you can get them with code 220,600 or plain

stetch has nothing to do with it because the lips sit perfectly flush with my fenders, and my body is stock.If I went with 4inch lips instead I could of ran 19x11 out back with the same fitment same as for the front I wanted 19x9.5 but didnt want a 2.5inch dish so went with the 19x9 and 3inch dish.Before I had Schmidt build my wheels I had Volker send me blue prints on my wheels fitted to a C55

no rubbing ..... remember every wheel model and brand are gonna fit different.I dont fit wheel by E.T. bc that doesnt determine anything for me I fit by having inner and outer barrels and last mounting hub measurments
