I would never buy from BenShachter again..
Hey I just wanted to let everyone know to use caution if dealing with him.
I bought his C32 muffler after he stated it was in great condition. When I received it was not only in bad condition but my $100 shipping cost didnt include any packaging (he wrapped some stuff over the tips but thats it). Thats not really my main concern. He never told me that instead of removing the exhaust bracket (Normally what people do) they ripped it off and left a hole!
Here are some pictures.
He stated he never noticed..
Besides him stating the tips were flawless and when I see them in person it looks like he attacked them with a wire brush.. He stopped responding when I texted him stating the hole was caused by removing the bracket.

It doesn't matter if you are ultimately refunded and made whole: that exhaust was sent out with a full knowledge of its condition.
